About Safari Lodge
Our Story
Founded in 2005 by wildlife enthusiasts and conservation experts, Safari Lodge was born from a vision to create an exclusive retreat that combines luxury with authentic African experiences while contributing to wildlife conservation and community development.
What began as a small tented camp has evolved into one of Africa's premier safari destinations, without losing the intimate connection to the wilderness that makes our lodge special.
Our Location
Safari Lodge is nestled in a 10,000-hectare private reserve that borders Kruger National Park, offering an exclusive and uncrowded safari experience in one of Africa's most wildlife-rich regions.
Our malaria-free reserve is home to the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino) as well as over 300 bird species and diverse plains game.
The lodge is easily accessible via a 1-hour flight from Johannesburg to our nearest airport, followed by a scenic 45-minute drive to the property.
Our location offers the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility, allowing guests to immerse themselves in nature while enjoying world-class amenities and service.
Our Team
Our dedicated team includes experienced safari guides, conservation specialists, and hospitality professionals who share a passion for wildlife and creating memorable guest experiences.
